Naruto Storm 4: Kaguya, Boruto, Sarada Confirmed Playable, Box Art

Bandai Namco Entertainment and CyberConnect2 are going all out in this final Storm, giving us fans exactly what we want with characters from the end of the Naruto manga, The Last: Naruto the Movie, and Boruto: Naruto the Movie!

Lets start with the confirmation of the progenitor of chakra as a playable character, Kaguya Otsutsuki, who will be bringing in her abilities to open and travel through rifts in space! Joining her in the playable category is the son of our hero Naruto Uzumaki and his wife Hinata Hyuga, Boruto Uzumaki, who is a prodigy with exceptional skills as a shinobi. Not only that, but players will be able to wield the power of Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno’s daughter, Sarada Uchiha!

On the costumes front, players will be able to play as Sixth Hokage Kakashi Hatake, which will be an alternate costume for the man once known as the Copy Ninja! As previously confirmed, both The Last: Naruto the Movie versions Naruto and Sasuke will be playable characters and The Last: Naruto the Movie versions of Sakura Haruno and Hinata Hyuga will be available as alternate costumes.

From our understanding, the scan below mentions Boruto, Sarada, and The Last: Naruto the Movie versions of Naruto (playable), Sasuke (playable) Kakashi (costume), Sakura (costume), and Hinata (costume) will be obtainable to those who pick up the Day 1 Edition of the game. This is, of course, for the Japanese version of Naruto Storm 4. It’s unclear how Bandai Namco America and Europe will handle the distribution of these characters and costumes.

In addition to all the character excitement comes the official box art for the Japanese version of the game and it shows Naruto, Sasuke, Obito, and Madara will be gracing the cover. Music-wise, Japanese band KANA-BOON will be lending their talents to the opening theme of the game with a new song called Spiral. They are the same group behind Naruto Shippuden opening 16 (Silhouette) and the Boruto: Naruto the Movie theme song (Diver).

New screenshots for Bandai Namco Entertainment and CyberConnect2′s Naruto Storm 4 are here and they feature a handful of characters showing their ninja might! Six Paths (Rikudo) Madara Uchiha, who is currently unleashing his power in the Naruto Shippuden anime, is shown battling a Eight Gates Might Guy Naruto Uzumaki, abd Rinnegan-Sharingan Sasuke – all 3 of which are projected to make their debut in the anime in the next month or two!

Naruto Storm 4: Eight Gates Might Guy Revealed

A brand new scan from V-Jump magazine reveals the Leaf’s Noble Gentleman will be in Bandai Namco Entertainment and CyberConnect2′s Naruto Storm 4! We are able to see Might Guy will be able to open the Eight Gates of a shinobi’s Chakra Pathway System as an awakening and as part of his ultimate jutsu where he becomes Night Guy.

Six Paths (Rikudo) Madara shows off his ultimate jutsu, which kotoam67 mentions is called Tengai Ryuusei (Meteors in the Skyline) and his normal jutsu is Bansho Ten’in (Universal Pull).

Naruto and Sasuke, with the Sage of Six Paths Power, are also seen wielding their techniques, which you can see video of here. Naruto’s ultimate jutsu is the Tailed Beast Planetary Rasen Shuriken and his jutsu is the Tailed Beast Bomb Rasen Shuriken, while Sasuke has the Takamikazuchi-no-Kami as his ultimate jutsu and Chidori as his jutsu.

Naruto Storm 4: Team 7 vs Madara/Obito Gameplay

The 2015 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is underway in the City of Angels, Los Angeles, CA (USA). There, Bandai Namco Entertainment has kiosks for players to enjoy a demo of developer CyberConnect2′s Naruto Storm 4! Players have the option to play as Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Obito, and Madara during the Fourth Great Ninja War. This includes Naruto, Sasuke, and Obito with the power of the Sage of Six Paths! 

You will notice a handful of changes to the game. This includes leader changes character battle damage, three character awakenings, removal of the lava stage when going into awakenings from Storm Revolution and keeping the same stage as when the match starts, removal of titan awakenings from Storm Revolution and limiting them to giant awakenings, and a best of 3 fight scenario where a player has to win 2 rounds in order to win the match!

The 28th issue of Shuiesha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine has confirmed Six Paths (Rikudo) Madara will in Bandai Namco Entertainment and CyberConnect2′s Naruto Storm 4! Also known as Jinchuriki Madara or Sage Mode Madara, this is the form Madara takes after he captured all of the tailed beasts and sealed the Ten Tails within himself. Madara will be a playable character and a boss that our heroes Naruto and Sasuke must defeat.
